A Look At Our Communities
Cape Coral
Cape Coral, located between I-75 and Southwest Florida International Airport, offers unparalleled quality of life due to its outstanding climate, excellent health services, affordable housing, low crime rate, education facilities, parks and recreation, and increasing labor force. At 114 square miles, it's the second-largest city in terms of land mass in Florida. With 400 miles of salt and fresh water canals, Cape Coral has 20 times more canals than Venice, Italy.
Fort Myers
Called the "City of Palms" because of its palm-lined avenues, Fort Myers has shopping malls, restaurants and nightclubs that offer respite from the nearby beaches and more than 100 barrier islands. Inventor Thomas Edison and his friend automobile-maker Henry Ford made their winter homes in Fort Myers. Public golf courses and tennis courts make this some of the best playing turf in the state. For pure hometown hospitality, Fort Myers is miles ahead of many of its northern neighbors.

Naples
Naples has a long history as a winter retreat for the rich and famous, nestled between the glistening waters of the Gulf and the sub-tropical splendor of the Everglades. Naples and its southern neighbor, Marco Island, have nearly 40 highly acclaimed courses - more golf courses per capita than any other region in the United States.
Sanibel & Captiva Islands
Two of Florida's most popular islands, Sanibel and Captiva, are connected to the mainland by a three-mile-long scenic drive across a causeway. They are known worldwide for their more than 200 varieties of spectacular seashells that litter the beaches, particularly after an especially high or low tide. The 6,000 permanent residents of Sanibel also enjoy the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge which occupies almost one-third of the island and is home to exotic species of birds and plants. There are also more than 20 art galleries, interesting shops, and restaurants, amid an unspoiled island atmosphere.
